SITE FAULTS/TECHNICAL QUERIES: Before contacting us with a technical problem or site faults we would ask that you please confirm that the identical fault is occurring on other systems on colleagues or friends systems. If it is, then please contact us including full details of the fault together with details of your own system (MAC/PC) and the browser you are using (Explorer, Firefox, Sahara etc. and the versions being used) and any spam filters and/or virus applications you have operating. We will also need to know the size of the screen you are viewing and what resolution you have the monitor set at. Please note you normally must have your monitor FULLY maximised without any other windows or applications such as ‘Favourites’ etc. open for the best results. However as we say, before contacting us we would ask that you always check on a number of different system that the fault applies. Our experience is that most visual faults are caused by the individual settings of a monitor or system.

GENERAL QUERIES: Answers to a number of common queries are included in our FAQ's. If you cannot find an answer to your query contact us by email using the form below. Please put the subject of your query in the 'Nature of enquiry' box and one of our Customer Care Team will deal with your enquiry or forward it to someone who can, as soon as possible.

ADVERTISING: If you are enquiring about advertising on Artbank.com please put 'Advertising enquiry' in the 'Nature of enquiry' field. In the 'Enquiry' field please describe where you may be interested in advertising on the site with your company's website URL. We can then get back to you with information or our rate sheet.

ARTISTS BIOGRAPHIES: If you are supplying a biography for an artist  please put 'Biography' or if an artist already featured please put 'Updated Biography' followed by the artist's name in the 'Nature of enquiry' box.

ART IDENTIFICATION/VALUATION: Please note we cannot answer queries related to identification, appraisals or valuations of art - see FAQ 25.
